By accessing or using the Services — including by joining our waitlist or creating an account — you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you're using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you're authorized to accept these Terms for it. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. The Services are intended for professional and business use.

You're responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at helloendrel@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorized use. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes. We may add, change, or remove features over time, and we may set reasonable limits on usage.

You retain all ownership of the API documentation, specifications, and other materials you upload or create in the Services ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Services for you — including running AI review features you choose to use. You're responsible for having the rights to the content you upload and for ensuring it doesn't violate the law or anyone else's rights.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for anything unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent
• Upload malware or content that infringes others' rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or other users' data
• Probe, scan, overload, or disrupt our systems or networks
• Reverse-engineer or copy the Services except where the law permits
• Resell or commercially exploit the Services without our permission

The Services, including our software, design, logos, and the Endrel name, are owned by Endrel or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers those rights to you. You may not use our branding without our prior written consent.

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party tools (for example, when you import from Swagger or Postman). We don't control those services and aren't responsible for them. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

Endrel is offered on an early-access basis, and some features may be labeled beta or experimental. These are provided "as is," may change or be removed, and may contain bugs. We appreciate your feedback and may use it to improve the Services without obligation to you.

Access during early access may be free or discounted under offers such as Founding 50. If we introduce paid plans, we'll publish clear pricing, renewal, and refund terms on our pricing page before you're charged. Continued use of a paid plan will be subject to those terms.

You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Services. On termination, your right to use the Services ends; we'll make reasonable efforts to let you export Your Content for a limited period, after which it may be deleted.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated suggestions will be complete or accurate. You're responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Endrel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 100 if you paid nothing — except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
